View from the castle - concert week

The castle Concerts are on again.
It will be UB40 tonight - storms are predicted though!

Alex and pals were in the castle after school again today from 4-5pm filming. It was actually really nice as it was so hot today that inside the castle was lovely and cool. I took this from just outside the entrance to the keep.

I started the day with my swim (9th session)
After a bit of light laundry, I met my friend Lorraine for a 'ladies that lunch' session at George Vaults to celebrate my first day of the summer vacation.
I then moved up the road to meet Fred in The Eagle where he had got himself a late lunch following his final assembly and drive home.
Alex and one of his friends met us both there before the castle run!

Alex is at his school tonight with some of his GCSE drama group filming (live streaming) the school production of 'Les Misérables'.
He walked there again but I shall have to go and get him if it's stormy as a mile is along way on a stormy night!
