My poorly knee after catching my heel in a paving slab and going flying, whilst on my travels in Knutsford.
Luckily a lady came to my rescue and picked me up and brushed me down. Hands don't make good brakes :( one pair of trousers ruined, bruised wrist and cut and bruised knee. I'm not fit out unsupervised!
