The calm before the storm

A lovely day out in Whitstable with Mrs S and Mavis. Lunch in the Hotel Continental, then a visit to Kim, before we had some cheese and wine in the Cheese Box. Finally we each had an ice cream cornet on the beach (and I took this snap).

The weather was fine in Whitstable and a little wet at home, on the journey between the two we had plenty of lightning and a deluge of rain.
