Rain, rain, go away...

But it didn't. It has rained all day in Windsor. Not just normal rain, but you know lashing, this is global warming in action rain. I found it quite unsettling. Our road was closed for a while, with policemen marching, or wading up and down. However, the road it seems has returned to normal, but I'm sure the river is very high.
