Uses for Pickled Cherries....

I recently pickled some cherries, and then, other than eat them out the jar, I didn't know what to do with them. Cocktails is the answer! This one is gin, lime juice and pickled cherry juice. Look at that shnazzy color!
The taste of a pickled cherry is interesting. Definitely pickled tasting but with a hint of sweet and something that taste like pie.
