Today Kyle and I (mostly Kyle) assembled his new gaming PC. He'd saved a good amount of cash and decided to spend it on components to build his own PC.

Everything arrived yesterday and he patiently waited for me to finish up with work today so we could tackle the assembly. It went well, with him occasionally correcting his father (who used to earn a living doing this!). One slight scare when we were greeted with a blank screen on initial boot up, but that was resolved.

He's a happy kid tonight, proudly playing games on his own machine.
