A spur of the moment decision

Led to a train ride and a walk around Chester's City walls.
Big John and I needed a change from the usual Friday night, and with the forecast change in the weather for the early hours , we came up with this.
Of course the weather was perfect and the very contrasty light in the late evening sun lead to quite a few good photo's

But I like chimneys, and the views from the wall fabulous.
I whole heartedly recommend this 2 mile stroll, and in case you are wondering, we didn't go past 3 pubs on the circuit.....!
