Picking up the pace

I'm very much a beginner with the "big camera", I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing and am just winging it for the moment. I also have no image editing software to perfect the colour balance etc. Oh dear. Still, it's a start. Today is horribly dreary and grey and it's been chucking it down since last night. We have a dubious drip-dripping noise coming from the loft. Still, the kids aren't fazed and are getting on with Peppa Pig watching and ukulele playing.
