Not Archie but his mate

Day 555 - after an eventful nights sleep if you can call it that after the hugemongous storm, we were up and at em to go round the farm.

Given we stayed right on its doorstep and not everyone has broken up from school yet it's was joyously uncrowded.

We played on the adventure playground, zip wire, tractor school, solved the Cotswold Farm mystery maze, went on a farm safari ride, bottle fed a young goat, tapped a baby duck on the head and held a rabbit.

Today's blip is of one of the Highland Cattle, not of Archie he who is from Balmoral and personally named by the Queen, but of his mate!

All in all it was a very nice day (apart from the return M5 journey - why is that road always unbearable??).

Given we were sooooo tired it was pizza n popcorn movie night and early bedtimes for us both.
