Sparkly Wood

Just me and the dog today as the boys are off to the Helix to play in the water park (which was fabulous they said).

We headed off to Falkland and had a mooch round the shops and then it was a short drive to the Pillars where we sat at the tables on the edge of the Strawberry Fields. Resisted their cake and just had a coffee. Breagha was much admired by an American couple sitting nearby (the American Cockers are certainly not as beautiful as the English ones ;-)!!

As it was too hot for her to walk (run) up the hill, we decided to walk in the cool of the woods. This bit skirts the open fields looking towards West Lomond.

There really are 40 shades of green.....
