Bit zoomed in, bit wonky, iphone blip. But I was very excited to spot this boat in Cranmond at the end of the Park run! Jen and I got ourselves up and out of our houses early enough to do the 5k run along the sea front. It's such a good idea and really well organised. Despite yesterday's long run I still managed to smash my 5k seasons best! I can now lie on the sofa and enjoy watching the cyclist climb ridiculously big mountains on the Tour De France.
