Bread making

The day Jess arrived, we'd gone into town and had signed up for a bread making demonstration.

Today was the day and off we went straight after worship practice to Pantry Magic in Sheung Wan to attend our class. There was even a 10 yr old very cute kid who came all by himself.

I've never actually made bread before, ever, and was keen to learn. What attracted us to it was the cinnamon rolls and it was good to see how easy it is to make. I hope I will get around the making it.

Came back to DB for lunch and then a restful afternoon. Headed to plaza to meet friends and have dinner which was Korean BBQ and a first time for Jess. I think she really liked it!
