Jade's Party

It's strictly not Jades birthday for another two weeks but over the years we've learned that if she's going to have a party she should have it early, as either we're on holiday or everyone else is!! This year we're in Florida for her birthday... Yippee!!

Today Jade's school broke up for the holidays so we celebrated in style!

Lots of party games and a million e numbers later, Jade blew her candles out and made a wish!!

I always make her a birthday cake... Auntie Sharon helped this year too, so it's a bit of a joint effort. One year Jade asked for a Garden cake, so I did her a garden with lots of flowers and butterflies etc in the shape of her age (I think it was a 5). This year she was very specific, she wanted an underwater scene in the shape of an 8 !! So everyone that thought it was a girly in a hot tub... it's a mermaid in a rockpool OK !!

We've now got 5 children in the house for a sleepover and pizza takeout, Oh joy!! Playstation games later and Pancakes for breakfast then!!

I've had quite enough of birthdays for one week mind!!
