A purple flower!

No idea what it is but it is pretty! It's in the little section of my Nan's garden that is a memorial for all those we have lost in our family. It's a beautiful tribute to some dearly missed people.

We have had a busy day today. We went into town this morning to do a bit of shopping and I got some more new clothes for when I start my new job. I've never needed smart work clothes before so it's basically been a whole new wardrobe!

We then went for lunch with my dad and grandad. It's been good seeing them but again I noticed a huge change in my grandad who seems even more frail now!

We got home just before the latest storm started. It wasn't as spectacular as some others, maybe because the lightening isn't so noticeable in the daylight? No plans for this evening other than spending some time with my nan!
