Not a pigeon

This black-headed gull was snapped at Trafalgar Square this lunchtime. I rang Fred to chat about the workmen putting in our false ceiling and I discovered that Fred was lunching only a few minutes away in the Square. So, I took myself off down there to meet him.

The ceiling is in place and I think it's working - no footfalls from above. Time will tell if the soundproofing has worked. If it has, we'll then tackle the hallway. Fingers crossed.
