A really busy, happy day, working at One Planet in the afternoon while it was pouring with rain.
I bought a navy and white long skirt from Store 21's sale.
Ideal for this changeable weather.
Grateful to the Polish customers who visited the shop.
After lunch Maria and I went shopping in Blackburn and she bought a great pair of reversible jeans from the sale in New Look and a nice daisy pattern dress.
I went to Church and then as I returned home, Paul and Maria told me the sorry tale of how a manic driver had crashed into a car near where ours was parked and the car in front of ours was pushed forward and dented the back of ours.The place was suddenly full of onlookers and police who were calm and efficient and helped the victims.
No one was physically hurt thankfully,yet the shock of what had happened is still with me.
Sunny weather now and about to enjoy my salmon salad.
