New shoes

I have always been a sucker for red shoes and it doesn't seem to matter whether they are posh court ones or good old dependable converse variety.

Having resisted buying myself a pair when I bought C some new ones a couple of weeks ago - instead buying myself some really cheap rip offs from Sainsburys which proceeded to rip all the skin off my heels and ankles - I couldn't resist when I saw these retro red ones half price on the Office sale website.

Funnily enough, C immediately spotted them when we picked her up from the airport - she is indeed her mother's daughter! I just can't wait til we are the sane size and can swap - double the fun
