Well to share actually, went to the opening of a new store in Tain (Ross-Shire) today, Mrs R bought a giant cupcake mould and tonight she made one. Sponge cake with melted chocolate, whipped cream, and topped with a cherry which surely counts as one of your 5 a day fruit portions :)
