Turned out hot again

A grey, wet and rather miserable (not to say slightly hungover) morning gave way to a sweltering afternoon, just in time for the end of term kids vs parents football match at the lower school. Followed by an awards ceremony for all concerned, then fish and chips on the village green with friends. Little G was very chuffed with his medal and cerfiticat (sic) for taking part and we all had a lovely time. Almost perfect. Except it isn't quite the end of term yet.
