Go on - eat your greens!

While a lot of the UK apparently had dramatic thunderstorms today, they didn't reach us. We just had heavy cloud and general greyness, and a few showers here and there.

I walked Vinnie along the cliff path late afternoon. Without any promise of decent skies or views, I thought I might spot some wild flowers or something to shoot close up, so I took an extension ring ready for that. As it happened, there had just been a rain shower, and this had brought out lots of snails and big black slugs!

While treading carefully, I spotted this chap, closing in on a succulent green morsel...
