Rook

I think this one seems to be a bit of a loner :-(
I think that it may be female
For weeks I have been trying to figure out the sweet high pitched "pow.... wow.. wow,wow"
Heard it often, but no hint of who or what was making it, then last Sunday whilst up on the roof, it/she landed on the roof and I heard her make that call
It sounds lovely, maybe a little sad and so un rook like.
And she appeared again today, looking for food
Feeders promptly filled up not long after this
A dull and mostly wet day here
