I slept like a baby last night and the past two days have been glorious. But...

From my Weather Warning email:

The brief dryness will be short-lived. You'll feel the humidity gradually increase this weekend.

An intense ridge of high pressure will intensify around the middle of next week. This could set the stage for some of the highest temperatures we've seen so far this year. Our 109°/43° records will be threatened Wednesday and Thursday.

Enjoy this weekend, because it's about to get very hot next week.

I hope they're wrong.
