Litter is for bins

Saw this on the grass between Cowgate and Montagu, and it brought a smile to my face. Perhaps the person who dropped this couldn't understand the very simple message on the wrapper, or maybe it's a magic wrapper that needs to be planted so that a chewing gum tree will sprout from the ground.

Of course it could of accidentally fell out of a pocket but considering the area I live in it is highly doubtful...
