Cold breakfast

It was another frosty foggy morning, with the air temperature at -2.5 degrees when we stepped outside.

The cows were waiting patiently for us to feed them their breakfast of hay and grass. I really don't know how they can eat grass when it is frozen solid!

The fog cleared this afternoon - it was lovely and sunny, although a wee bit cool. I don't mind the frosty, foggy starts to the day when we have lovely blue afternoon skies.

It's the last day of the school holiday's today - back to school and work tomorrow.
