Meg's Birthday - day 2 of 3 !

In true style Meg set the pace for celebrating her pre birthday-birthday which was a snail pace while in the background, also in true style was I, trying to usher her along, as mothers do but to no avail. Any notions of a planned event dashed from the outset - just like 22 years ago.

Ryan travelled home for the celebrations looking really good from all the Devon life and Megs friends joined us too, fun & laughter ensued & some friends staying over, all beds & couches occupied for what was left of the night which was precious little.

I have chosen this blip (the morning after the night before) because the look on Megs face reminds me of how I felt when I looked at her for the first time 22 years ago - radiant & content.
