I am on a life-long quest to find the perfect sticky toffee pudding and sauce. I take this endeavour very seriously and have tried to be as thorough as I can be, ensuring that where ever I travel I sample the local recipe. It's a big responsibility.

Today Sister Flowerpower and I traveled north for a friends wedding, and, after spending most of the day in the car, rewarded ourselves with a delicious supper and an excellent pudding. This one certainly comes close to perfection..More research is needed to confirm this.
