Happy muchly

I was allowed out today ... Yes actually out in the sun and the fresh air. We drove to Kensington to drop a friend off at the Armenien embassy for a meeting.

Just around the corner is a little coffee shop called the muffin man. We stopped for coffee and cake.
Now I cannot stop singing that damn nursery rhyme.

I loved being out, now I need a disco nap. Tired but happy. Feeling better again today.
