Dreich

It was lovely spending time with N & her daughter at the weekend.

We went into Edinburgh for some bridesmaid dress shopping (I am one of N's bridesmaids early next year - exciting).

It was quite muggy for most of the day and then later when it started to rain the temperature really fell.

we had fab cocktails and lunch at TGI Fridays and then we went on the festival wheel - unfortunately the top of the wheel was right in the midst of drizzle and cloud so visibility was low.

A few nice wee drinks in the evening with N and a reasonably early night given my early flight this morning back down South.
