Sunny flowers for a grey day

The flower arrangement at church was full of these lovely sunflowers today - just what was needed on a grey day.

My friend K is round today and we're just going to do some tapestry work together. There have been a couple of rumbles of thunder, but no storm as yet, but it's very humid and heavy today. Sounds like it's set in for the week, but tomorrow is forecast to be sunny, which is good :-)
