Does Anybody Know My Name

I've seen this little bird a few times in the garden recently and I don't really know what it is. I have thought it could be a:
Juvenile Greenfinch but the beak is too pointy and dark
Juvenile Robin but it has a tinge of green on his wings
Garden Warbler but I'm not sure
It's movements are extremely quick and jerky, and it doesn't go on to the feeders just the bird bath.
If anyone knows what it is I would be very happy to hear.
