Hoverfly on hibiscus

First of all thank you very, very much for all your comments, stars and faves on yesterday's ladybird, it even got into the Spotlight for a short while.

Today another macro, not quite as well lit as the ladybird one, but it's the best I can do today. And the fiery red of the hibiscus (it's in a combination plant pot on our garden table) is maybe a bit indicative of just how angry I and countless others feel about the handling of the remains and belongings of the deceased of flight MH17. It's incredible just how disrespectful these pro-Russian seperatists are. I know war is brutal, but this is utterly despicable. These poor victims and their families have nothing to do with the civil war going on and the longer their bodies and belongings are held up there the more obvious it is what kind of inhumane people these 'warriors' are. Sorry for my rant :-(
