Ready for the Summer Show

I'm so glad I stitched the English broderie onto the neckline and the dress is perfect for a Summer Show. After a shakey start which included lightening and a burst of showers, it began to get rather sunny and I got sunburn! I had lots of fun throwing sponges at the local Methodist Minister (to raise funds for the local Youth Council). Afterwards, the firemen got their hose out (no giggles please) and hosed him and the local PCSO down. We also had live music, a bar and a Scottish dancing display. Super day!
