Rest?

It has been a crazy busy week.

I went for my only run of the week today. It was in someways utterly disastrous! I had a strange breathing thing at one point and had to sit down! I think it was the oppressive heat. I got up after less than a minute and kept going! Not ten minutes later I fell over! Took skin off the palm of my hand and my knee is a right mess. I got straight up and carried on going. By the time I got to the bottom of the hill it hard stopped hurting! Clever endorphins. I ran for 32 minutes which I decided made up for the sit down and the fall.

Then ds had a birthday party at the national sea life centre. Off we went. I took ds2 and dd for a very expensive and posh meal. It was nice though and then we came home on the bus. Not so nice.

I am now shattered and Dh is making me feel bad by continuing to paint ds2 bedroom like the grafter he is! Xxxx
