The Cub

It started off with a very hot Friday evening followed by rain ALL day Saturday with thunder & lightning thrown into the mix and more super heated sun on Sunday. Plenty of activities through & through: water hill slide, campfire with toasted biscuit/marshmellow sandwiches, rifle target shooting, wooden tool making, singing, cooking & talking in the night.

As one could imagine, upon Tuttle Jnr's collection, like the rest of them was well and truly shattered.
And like the others, he wasn't exactly clean either (he went away with 3 pairs of clean socks and returned with the exact same number of clean socks!). His teddy had to be washed though (Tuttle Jnr watching, pictured on the left)

BUT, he loved it. The camp was a huge success and will be going to many more.

We are all tired: two long nights, little sleep for both Mum, Dad & Tutlle Jnr. Early bed tonight.
