Bees 'n'Butterflies

At long last some butterflies in the garden, we went to the garden centre, and saw the bees on the daisies,bought some hardy geraniums for the borders, they will not flower much this year but hopefully next year, also an Acheillea I have some in the garden and they spread which I like. Then we went on to Wollaston to the Doc Martins factory shop to get a pair of boots for my daughter law. Wollaston is believed to be an early Saxon settlement, where one of the finest Saxon style helmets,found in a warriors grave dating from around 700 AD.
