Philip

Philip always used a pencil to write on articulately good bottles of wine given as a present to say whom they were from and when. This evening we enjoyed one of these bottles given in 2006 by NIA. It was one he was looking forward to when it had reached its peak. Tonight it tasted delicious and he would have enjoyed it immensely.

The sunshine and beautiful views added to the occasion and we talked of various trips whilst on holiday in France searching for those special wines. My cousin and her husband were also enjoying one of Philips wines from one of these trips at their home in Devon - a Chateau Martet 1997.
