Prickly

Hello Monday...Didn't take you long to appear and put a stop to the weekend, did it. So....up yer bum with a big prickly thistle!

My Love and I enjoyed a walk up to Wasdale Loch again today - Talisker happily swimming around or trotting alongside in the shallows. We also saw a newborn calf being licked clean by Mum cow and take it's first few attempts at standing up - Absolutely adorable.

On our return the calf was stood (still a bit shaky) taking a good slurp of milk. Even the dogs looked on lovingly...or maybe they were just thinking of a steak.
