Privet Flowers

I suppose I must have seen a hedge flowering before but it must have been a rare occurrence considering how surprised I when I saw these. Maybe because it's such a ubiquitous shrub but is usually pruned well before the flowers appear? Anyway, they caused me to stop and blip.
