Another day - another beach day

Lovely heat wave pampering our bones. The water was cooler today, but I managed to get into water anyway and after I had gasped few times and swam a little I got used to it and enjoyed my swim and the sun.

Evening was spent with an old friend that I had seen a year ago. That was fun too to catch up.

All and all a great day.
