Muffins!

It's hard to believe that a year has past since the last time there was mass muffin production taking place in our kitchen. This time muffins for 275!!!

Don't think I will want to see a muffin again for a while but all for a great reason.

Looking forward to seeing the kids tuck into these and the next batch to be baked tomorrow. Wednesday is going to be a good day!
