Wild Angelica

- or Angelica Sylvestris - is what I think this is.

I put my walking boots on today for the first time in about seven weeks and did an easy walk round Threipmuir and Harlaw Reservoirs in the Pentlands, close to Edinburgh. It's what I would class as an invalid walk - suitable for invalids like me - but all went well and I will now set my sights on something a bit more stretching. It was great to be out and there were a huge number of wild flowers to be seen, such as this one which I thought was rather fetching.
