Crap Apple Recipes needed

Malus baccata Dolgo tree.

I blipped my new crab apple tree just over a week ago when I planted it in my garden.
Since then the fruit on the tree has ripened nicely thanks to the good weather.

Does anyone have any good recipes that use crab apples.
