Beginning to think the boy might need a haircut :) Just a trim, but its getting a bit wild!

We spent the morning playing with new toys from the party - jigsaws, sticker books, playdough, flashcards, boris.... did a bit of housework and then headed to the park with the bikes to soak up some sun. P and D raced each other, while L discovered some rather less conventional ways to get around the track with her 'baby' and pram, and pushing her bike. She obviously felt she was faster walking along side her bike, holding onto the handlebars.

"we racing. come on!"
"one, two, four, GO!" she said...

We ate ice lollies and played on the playground, stalked the squirrels, ran up and down hills again and again and again. She's a little parrot at the moment. She copies everything D does and says, but in her own little style. It took us a LONG time to get back to the car as she insisted on walking a long way in the wrong direction (twice) so she could go back up the hill D was racing his bike down and run down it shouting "weeeeeeeeeeeeee!" despite the fact he was, by now, well out of sight!

When asked what his favourite part of today was, D said it was going to the moon.
