Such a shame!

This gorgeous building languishes in possibly the most traditional bad square in the centre of town. Although the square has been cleaned up to some extent (it used to be a one of the main centres for prostitution pick-ups), it's still an incredible shame that you can find buildings like this one, nestled into really scabby areas, the kind of areas that'll take at least another 30-odd years (if all goes well) to manifest some kind of positive change! Ah well, look at them all before they collapse, I guess!
