Chapelle Notre-Dame du Guelhouit
Another roasting day when a four hour sieste would have been preferable. Instead we debated with a carpenter for 2 hours then lounged around groaning until 5 and headed off for this little chapel in Melrand. Observed the ceiling from the art installation (painted blue with cherubs and with a hole burnt in it by an arsonist in January). Had a lovely time sketching and exploring before heading home for picnic dinner: Chez Morv in the bell tent. Bit more sketching (and mowing and sheep care). And a little glass of chilled white wine. Perfect.
