Discovering new games

Today we headed out to Toots cafe to met up with E&R&J&G. It was great as CJ & J were able to run around playing with all the different toys while us adults and baby G relaxed over coffee (well baby G had his milk). After plenty of play time, we then all headed out for lunch at a local garden centre before it was time to go home. Thanks guys it was a lovey way to spend a morning!

After we got home, CJ and I just had a quiet afternoon playing in the garden and toy room. CJ's big discovery for the day were the board games that I had unpacked yesterday. One in particular caught his attention - My first builder. It is a game with duplo, designed for toddlers. CJ didn't really understand the game part but really enjoyed building things with the duplo and matching the blocks with there shapes and colours on the game board. I think he will really love this game once he's a little older.
