Contemporary

We've got the middleman clan stopping over on their way back up north and, having sat outside last night shooting the breeze until fairly late on, we were reduced to dodging torrential downpours for much of today - I hope this new monsoon season isn't the latest and ongoing side-effect of global warming...! Anyway, we introduced them to the delights of the Contemporary (complete with a Fawlty Towers-like bit of performance art in the cafe!) and managed to eat out on the lawn later on after all (though we didn't bother swinging by B&Q for a barbecue and contented ourselves with grilling it all in the kitchen instead!)
