Intriguing Little Box

Came across this at Nan's today & it caught my eye.

For a long time I didn't even look inside I just loved the little box & fancied it to store my little hair pins or earrings in.

Found out it belonged to my Nan's uncle Albert & there were lots of very old coins in there, one from 1860's

Grandad told me what shillings and sixpence were worth it was really interesting! My nan thought I was eyeing it up because of the potential money the coins maybe worth but I honestly just liked the box!

Then nan and grandad took Beth Hettie & I for dinner :)

Now back at Hettie's having a lot of laughs x
