It was a beautiful, warm sunny day, and we had a really spectacular drive across the moors to the visitor centre, made all the more exciting as there were lots of these ladies around, waiting to jump in front of the car.

Heres a helpful hint though. If you want to hire mountain bikes, go to the centre at Dalby (with an L), not the main visitor centre at Danby (with an N). Easy mistake to make....

Anyway, we all had a lovely 2.5 hour walk over a grouse moor...
