FISH STOCK

... this is how I started out my Cioppino soup. I bought a whole fish today and they asked me if I wanted the head too. I hesitated a little, then I thought the head makes a good broth. So here it is...a little bit gross - I am mostly a vegetarian believe it or not and don't like to eat things with eyes... but I am having guests so here it is! The soup turned out to be great by the way and tomorrow it will even be better.
